Intra House Competitions 2016/2017

Intra-House Year 6 Quick Sticks Hockey

After spending several weeks working on their hockey skills the children of Year 6 Class competed in an Intra-House Quick Sticks Hockey tournament.

Each House team played against each other twice, with Sport leaders umpiring, scoring and time keeping.

The children showed some excellent skills, building on their P.E. lessons of improving dribbling, passing, attacking and defending.

Congratulations to the overall winners Mark House who managed to win 4 out of their 5 games.

Some individual children were also awarded with the School Games Values by the Leaders

Intra-House Year 5 Basketball

On the final Tuesday before Half Term the Year 5 children took the lead in organising and competing in an Intra-House Basketball competition.

Each House team played against each other with different children refereeing, scoring and time keeping in each game.

Their was some excellent performances with some tight games across the afternoon.

Intra-House Year 6 Tag Rugby

After six weeks of learning different skills the Year 6 children organised their own Intra-House Tag Rugby competition.

Each House team played against each other twice in some brilliant high scoring, fast paced games.

Some children also showed some great qualities when refereeing.
